Installed capacity (supply system)
MM21 DHC Co., Ltd., has installed large-scale, high-efficiency equipment including a large-scale latent heat storage system and a high-efficiency refrigeration system (a 5,000 refrigeration-ton electric turbo chiller), as well as a cogeneration system and continuous, centralized pipe monitoring system. We will continue to implement environmental solutions to meet the ongoing development of the Minato Mirai 21 District.
Facility capacity (as of the end of June 2011)

| Cooling capacity |
57510RT |
| Heating capacity |
204.6t/h |
Fuel and heating/cooling medium
| Fuel: |
Electricity and city gas, and in emergencies, kerosene |
| Heating medium for cooling: |
Cold water (out): 6℃ / (in) 13℃ (Condensed water)
|
| For space heating: Steam (out): 170 ℃ 0.78 MPa / (in) 60 ℃ |
Continuous, centralized pipe monitoring system
The heat supply pipes are joined in loops within the district, and by controlling the heat supply from several plants from a central location, it is possible to achieve highly efficient operation of the equipment. Other benefits include labor savings and a reduction in the capacity of backup equipment.
