The Company is augmenting and upgrading its stock of heat-source equipment in a planned manner. To achieve high-efficiency operation, we are supporting the performance of existing heat-source equipment through appropriate maintenance and developing advanced operating techniques at our Operation Center.
Generally speaking, heat-source and other equipment runs at peak efficiency when it is new, then deteriorates over time. At MM21 DHC, however, we improve efficiency with each passing year. We accomplish this feat by introducing the most advanced equipment available each time we increase and upgrade our stock of heat-source equipment, in tandem with the district’s development. In addition, our two plants are connected by district conduits, enabling both plants to prioritize operation of the newest equipment, wherever it is located. In these ways MM21 DHC maintains high-efficiency operation year after year.
