Designated business operators* publish regular reports on their energy use, including rationalization of energy use and transitioning to non-fossil fuels. These operators periodically review and draft plans for their energy-saving and fossil-fuel-transitioning measures.
MM21 DHC reports the following information to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), in accordance with the Act on the Rational Use of Energy.
*Operators of a certain scale or greater (users of crude-oil equivalent of 1,500 kL or more of energy per year)
