Our Corporate Philosophy states that accurately assessing and responding to important risks is key to ensuring the resilience of our organization and contributing value to the community. We have established a Risk Management Committee tasked with carrying out that responsibility and enabling our business continuity and sustainable growth.

We draw up a business continuity plan (BCP) based on the risks identified by the committee and the countermeasures it formulates. The BCP estimates the damage expected in the event of an earthquake, tsunami or other disaster and sets forth measures to prepare for and respond to such disasters.
We conduct drills and draft measures for disaster scenarios in line with the BCP so that we can prevent interruption of vital operations or, if some operations are disrupted, maintain a certain level of heating and cooling supply and fully restore operations to normal as early as possible.
