Environmental Conservation Agreement
The City of Yokohama Environmental Conservation Agreement is concluded individually between the City of Yokohama and local business operators based on Article 150 of the city’s Ordinance on the Preservation of the Living Environment. Participating businesses set voluntary targets for reducing their environmental impact with regard to seven typical forms of pollution—including air pollution, water pollution, noise, and vibration—and for carrying out greening activities and global warming actions. As of June 2024, 30 businesses had signed agreements.
MM21 DHC signed the agreement in April 2024 and is implementing environmental conservation measures based on it.
