MM21 DHC owns and manages underground heating and cooling facilities in Minato Mirai 21, both inside and outside the shared utility tunnels. These include dedicated service tunnels, heating and cooling supply pipes, ancillary equipment, power cables, and other equipment for delivering heating and cooling to customers.
Since these facilities may be impacted by excavation work near them, customers planning excavations in the area within the blue dotted lines shown here are asked to disclose their plan and consult with MM21 DHC in advance in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s Guidelines on Measures to Prevent Public Accidents from Construction Projects.
