MM21 DHC is building a third DHC plant, No. 3 Plant, to join Center Plant and No. 2 Plant. The plant is being constructed as part of the Minato Mirai 21 Central District 52 Block Development Project led by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. and Koyu Co., Ltd.
No. 3 Plant will handle 20% of the final heating and cooling demand in MM21 DHC’s supply area. Construction began in February 2024 and is scheduled for completion in May 2027.
